PLANNING REVIEW ASSESSMENT REPORT
The Planning review team of the Redland City Council has assessed development application MCU19-0142 and recommended refusal. The recommendation was passed unanimously at a Full Council meeting on the 27th of May 2020. A copy of the assessment review report can be downloaded.
RESIDENT SUBMISSION PROCESS (Closed)
In order to make it relatively simple we have developed a set of instructions along with two templates, the first a simple but very relevant submission and the second a Technical submission developed by a professional.
We have also included two actual submissions that were submitted by residents showing one detailed the other shorter.
What is important is that firstly you submit your comments and two that they include your own personal ideas about the development. You can add them to a template or one of the actual submissions and create your own masterpiece. We must show Council that residents care.
